Decent quality, slow support

I ordered the Vitamin C Brightening Serum and the Polyglutamic Acid Serum. The products themselves seem fine, noticed a bit of a difference in my skin's texture after a week or so. Shipping was standard, took about five business days. I did have a question about layering them with another product, and it took customer service a few days to get back to me. Their answer was helpful once I got it, but the wait was a bit long. Packaging was good though, everything arrived safely. Overall, a solid choice for affordable skincare.

Good stuff for my skin

I grabbed the Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Oat Cleansing Balm a couple weeks ago. They came pretty quick, like four days, and everything was packed well. I've been using them everyday and my skin feels way softer. Definitely worth it for the price, I'll probably get more when I run out.

Reliable products, fast shipping

This isn't my first time ordering from them, I usually get a few things every few months. This time I picked up the Niacinamide Serum and the Caffeine Eye Cream. Like always, the order arrived really fast, even a day ahead of schedule, and the products were exactly what I expected. Their stuff is consistently good quality for the price, which is why I keep coming back instead of trying other brands. Never had an issue with anything I've bought so far.

Can you stack discount codes? I have a referral one and saw a student discount, thought about combining them.

J Jessica Turner 2 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at checkout. Most sites are like that these days.

Nope, tried it before, it doesn't work. You gotta pick the best one for your order.

Thinking about trying their Hyaluronic Acid. Is it better than The Ordinary's or are they pretty much the same?

D Daniel Torres 1 week ago
I've used both and honestly, I prefer The Inkey List's HA. It feels less sticky and absorbs better for me. But YMMV.

They're both good for the price. I'd say The Inkey List feels a bit more 'premium' for not much more money, but The Ordinary is hard to beat on super budget options. Just depends on what you're looking for.

Do they make it easy to return stuff if it doesn't work out? My skin is super finicky.

B Barbara H. 2 weeks ago
Yeah, returns were pretty straightforward for me when I had an issue with a serum. Just followed the instructions on their site.

I've never had to return anything, but I've heard from others that their policy is decent. You just gotta make sure to check their exact terms on the website, like how many days you have or if it needs to be unopened.

Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, say, California? Just want to set my expectations right.

R Robert 3 weeks ago
Since they're based in the UK, it can take a bit. I'd usually allow like 1-2 weeks, maybe a bit more if customs is slow.

Mine got to Texas in about 10 days last month, so I'd guess California would be similar. They do ship internationally, so it's not like it's a super rare thing for them.

Hey, wondering if the first order discount is worth it or if I should wait for a bigger sale? Need a few things.

M Mary J. 1 month ago
The first order is usually 10-15% off, I think. Sometimes they have bundles that are a better deal overall if you need several things at once.

Yeah, I'd say if you just need one or two things, the new customer discount is fine. But around Black Friday or Christmas they usually have bigger sales, like up to 25% on certain kits.
